Ganpat Metal manufactures and supplies Titanium Grade 7 Sheets — essentially Grade 2 with a small palladium addition (0.12–0.25%) that dramatically improves corrosion resistance in reducing and mildly oxidizing environments. These sheets conform to ASTM B265 Grade 7 / ASME SB265.
Titanium Grade 7 (UNS R52400) is the most corrosion-resistant of all titanium alloys. The palladium addition provides exceptional resistance to hydrochloric acid, sulphuric acid and other reducing environments where standard CP titanium grades would be inadequate. It retains the same mechanical properties as Grade 2.
