Ganpat Metal manufactures and supplies Titanium Grade 9 (Ti-3Al-2.5V) Sheets — often called "half-6-4", this alloy offers intermediate strength between CP grades and Grade 5, with excellent cold formability and weldability. Conforms to ASTM B265 Grade 9 / ASME SB265.
Titanium Grade 9 (UNS R56320) is an alpha-beta alloy containing 3% aluminium and 2.5% vanadium. It is widely used in aerospace hydraulic tubing, bicycle frames and sporting equipment where a balance of strength, formability and light weight is required.
